    " My work experience totals up to 8 years. This year in 2021 I have worked as a Process Associate. I was a CSR agent that helped to make payments on behalf of clients. We were hired by clients to make payments with other CSR Agents to make payments for services. This included medical bills, waste services, and many more. What I enjoyed from the job the most is that I worked with other CSR agents instead of customers. So it was new to me at first, but I quickly got a hang of the flow of the interactions. It was very professional kind and quick.

    Prior to that job I was in sales for a moving company that also handled insurance. I worked as an agent cold calling and pitching insurance, home securities, tv/internet, and moving services. What I liked about the job was that I was able to advance my conversation skills and learn how to be less monotone in calls.

    I have also worked as a CSR rep scheduling parts for pick up for auto shops. We also handled delivery to various locations through our main portal for Michigan or through amazon and eBay orders. The daily duties consisted of taking inbound calls and process orders for all suspension and motor parts. Every order was placed on a shared excel she that can be reviewed in real-time. What I liked about that job was the overall speed of the calls. We process over 300 orders a day and each call usually only lasted for 2 mins. I was very excited as well to learn about all manner of car parts.

    In the previous years, I have worked for multiple rebate centers assisting customers with the rebates not arriving or just general information. I like those places because I was able to hone my soft skills. The QA was very extensive, but with a little bit of elbow grease, I was always able to excel well. Even being appointed as a team lead or floor support. The last company I will talk about was customer service for a cellphone company. The first job that I worked for as a CSR agent. I received a lot of training worked as an agent and a supervisor. The environment was great it was a team effort and working with customers adapting and solving issues has always been a joy for me. "
