"I have worked with a BPO company and a Nursing Home facility. With the experience that Iacquired, I know that I will contribute and share my skills to provide excellent customer service.
Here is my work experience for the last eight years: The first work I had is with a BPO company that handles Health Account in the US, it is a customer service job where I check coverage for chiropractic services. After a year, I worked in a Nursing Home in the United Kingdom for three years. The task for this kind of work is still related to customer service, because other than personal care and daily records, I communicate or converse with different people like hospitals,clients, and patients. After working in the health care industry, I decided to go back home and continue working in a BPO company.
I was able to work for seven years and started as a Customer Care Representative for a US account for TV, internet and Telco account. With the performance that I showed, I got promoted as a Transition Consultant Coach where I teach-back, do skill transfer, facilitate huddles, and do side-by-side call listening with the agents. Luckily,with the skills that I have, I was given a chance to handle my own team for five months as a Team Lead Trainee.
For the eight years of work experience that I had, I know that I can do well. I can share my best practice, and I am still eager to learn more."
