“I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years with 2 companies but have supported only one telecommunications account in the US which is T-Mobile. I worked for Teletech as an agent and trainer for 2 years, and moved to Teleperformance as a supervisor for a year, and most recently, an operations manager for 2 years.
Working at home for 1 year have given me a chance to maximize my time with my family and at the same time, be secured and protected from possible infection of COVID-19. Since our company asked us to report on site, I could not commit 100% since I didn’t want to risk the health of my family especially my mom.
I have an exceptional leadership skills and I’m also proficient in oral and written communications which helped me deliver my outstanding performance in my post. I have a mastery of Microsoft Office and other computer programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Prezi. I am able to work under pressure and still manage time productively. My key to success is 100% reliability and making sure that all work is done efficiently and effectively.
My experience with customer service especially with T-Mobile was phenomenal as I have learned a lot during my training days being a trainee and a trainer. My favorite learning is that it is fine to commit mistakes as long as you learn something from it and you apply your learnings next time. Transferring to operations also gave me a perspective of dealing with different people, behaviors, and opportunities and understanding the ways to guide your teammates to reach their goals and be at their best.
I am open to possibilities for any leadership roles but most importantly, I am willing to learn new things. After all, learning is a continuous process."
