    "My recent work experience was as an Account Manager for Dropship which handled clients that are part of our dropship program and helped them set up and go through integration. I was able to handle processing orders, create labels for small parcels, LTL and FTL shipments. And was responsible for replacement/damaged claims tasks. In line with this, not only did I process orders for dropship and wholesale orders but also to other E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair and Houzz.

    Before I got promoted as an Account Manager I was initially hired as an Inventory Control Specialist in which I was assigned in updating inventory to the sales reps and said E-commerce platforms. I was also the one who provided inventory forecasts and will decide on reordering containers to the warehouse for replenishment.

    And I was also a Process Trainer for 3 years. I handled 20-30 customer service representatives in a month and trained them to know the process of the account and provide quality customer service. Other tasks were creating training materials and tracking their performance and providing coaching sessions if needed."
