"I started mastering the art of Customer Service way back when I joined the BPO Industry in 2001. My first BPO Company was INFONXX, since it’s a directory assistance provider; I was able to familiarize myself with American culture and geography, including the cities, states, capitals and my most loved topic, the time zones. I can still remember receiving more than five hundred calls a day, delivering accurate information and customer satisfaction to our customers. After learning that our office will be relocating to a far place, I decided to move and apply at People Support. I was hired as a customer service representative and was able to enhance my knowledge on delivering 100% customer satisfaction. I also got a chance to be part of other campaigns which deals with sales and technical support. There came a time when the owner of the company sold it and almost all our benefits were removed from our compensation and benefits package, which made me decide to look for greener pasture.

With the experience and knowledge I gained over the years I have been working, and admired the people who trained me, even without having any experience in training, I decided to apply as a Trainer at Teleperformance. It was quite a challenge during the application process, to cut the story short, I was turned down as a trainer but was offered a tier 3 customer service representative position instead. After 3 months in operations, I saw an internal job posting for a trainer position and took the chance and applied for it one more time. With God’s help, finally, I got a break and got the position.

The people that I worked with in the training department were all awesome. I was able to level up my skill set over the years and was promoted as a training lead. I handled one of the biggest internet, phone, and cable provider in the United States, for all lines of businesses.

It was the year 2016 when I started teaching English to Chinese people and eventually led me to doing outbound calls for real estate companies in Canada, lead generation and being a researcher for Call Hero, a soft phone provider in the US and Canada. Also was a part of Medvocation Unlimited, a job finder website for people in the medical field. I worked as an operation manager for Medvocation, wherein I ensure optimum productivity and service level goals are maintained at all time, took measures to improve performance providing input to training and a lot more. My last job was with Berkshire PE, a company in the United Kingdom, which is all about business acquisition. I worked as a virtual assistant and a sales manager for Berkshire and was responsible for managing a team of production and staff employees in providing quality services to meet performance and quality needs of clients while supporting the goals of the organization and remaining consistent with corporate policies. I also took care of crm and calendar management for the owner of the company."
