"My name is Modesto Alcantar Camargo. The Experiences I have working as a Customer Service Representative is for Direct TV, I have handled a large amount of calls providing billing information, also made adjustments and handle escalated calls for customers, within company guidelines and policies, at the same time I performed as floor support.
I worked for an online banking website called CHIME, I handle sensitive information and provide customers with their statement history, also made adjustments and handle escalated calls. Then became QA were I used to give feedback in a professional and constructive way for better performance of co-workers.
I worked for a company called Listen Trust. There I was a Sales Representative were I Managed large amounts of calls from different lines of business. Built a trust relationship with customers to ensure a smooth sale process. Later I became floor support were I used to help others that had questions about the system or didn't how to handle the situation with the customer."
