"I have background experience in the BPO industry for more than three years. I have been a Sales Representative in an American company where we book international flights and hotel reservations. Shortly after, I worked as a Business Investigator/Financial Analyst. The company’s name is Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) where we do outbound and inbound calls, doing research, data entry, email management, and creating Business Information Reports. I left my job in 2016 to focus and get my licensure examination as a teacher.
The year 2018, I returned as a Customer Associate or a Customer Service Representative in a startup company in the United States. A third-party food delivery service company where I was lucky to be one of the considered pioneering teams and later on, launched services in some parts of Australia that we catered to as well. My task through time has changed depending on our clients’ demand. I have handled chat, doing outbound calls at the same time. We also handled emails, app alerts, until we shifted doing inbound calls. We provide give assistance for customers who checks their live orders/deliveries, as well as technical concerns."
