In consideration for the acceptance of this right to participate, all participants, by acceptance of this form shall indemnify and hold harmless the Education Foundation of Cotati & Rohnert Park and The City of Rohnert Park from and against any liability claim, demands, cost, expense, property damage, personal injury and causes of action of any kind arising out of, or connected in whole or part with participants use of occupancy of premises designed for the Rohnert Park Dog Faire or any act or omission of entrant, or entrants partner, agent, employee, customers, invitees, contractors or sub contractors, in connection with such use or occupancy.
