“My job experience has had two different focal points, the main one being call centers. I have had different experiences working at call centers since 2020. All of these jobs were done from home. Since then, I have not only learned how to properly work from home, but I have also accumulated a good setup, which allows me to perform at my best. The types of jobs that I have had as a call center operator have been: customer support for Instacart, an after-hours hotline for medical offices, and lead creation for roofing companies.
Secondly, tourism. My first job was as a receptionist for a local hotel. My job was partly administrative and partly operational. Most of the guests at the hotel were American and/or English speakers, so practicing language and cultural expression was no issue there. This job gave me a great deal of insight into the type of service that people from the USA expect, and thus the one that would most fit a job like this.
My work philosophy revolves around being attentive to detail. I also like being thorough in my specific tasks. Specifically, in the case of call centers, I am quite knowledgeable about de-escalation strategies. My accent is also only slightly noticeable. Thank you for your attention"
