PUG RESCUE OF AUSTIN ADOPTION APPLICATION
To help ensure the best possible placement of our rescued pugs, please answer each of the following questions as thoroughly as possible. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Pug Rescue of Austin (“PRA”) reserves the right to refuse adoption to any applicant.

Please be advised that we require a $10 fee in order to submit your application to adopt from Pug Rescue of Austin. Our screening process is intensive, and our volunteers’ time is valuable. The application fee helps ensure that you are serious about adopting and are fully invested in the process from the outset.

Once approved and you are ready to adopt, the $10 application fee will be applied toward your pug’s adoption fee.

If you are denied adoption for any reason, the $10 application fee may be refunded at your request.

If you do not complete the application process for any reason or decide not to adopt once approved, the application fee is non-refundable and will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Pug Rescue of Austin.
