Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to the day before the camp. Refunds for NCS school families will be applied to the parent's Smart Tuition account for future use. Refunds for non-school families will be processed and mailed within two weeks of cancellation.

Failure to cancel before the date of the clinic will subject the refund to a $40 Administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after camp has concluded.

Before Care (7:00-8:30) $25/week or $5/day and After Care (3:00-5:30) $25/week or $5/day is available through CAMP NORTHLAKE.

(Please note Before/After care must be paid directly to Camp Northlake.)
