"I believe that my previous job experiences have molded me to be a successful professional and helped me gain a new set of skills. I know I can help this company as I contribute my expertise as I am looking for a longterm job to fulfill my families need and to prove my worth. I am up for the challenge and I am excited to show what Filipino's like me can do for you.
Filipino's are known to be a very hardworking person. When I was still in college I started working at the early age of 17 as a Sales and Marketing distributor in a Multilevel Marketing, during that time I was very eager to help my family. A year after, I got promoted to be a Core Leader and my responsibility was to guide my fellow distributors in reaching their potential target sales. After I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology my first job was as a Customer Service Representative with a Data Entry account in a BPO company in the Philippines. I process client's Disability and Insurance benefits through online applications. After my 1 year and 4 months stay in that company I decided to resign to gain more experience and skills. My next job was as a Chat Support Associate and my primary task is to connect visitors with their situation to the correct lawyer. Recently I worked as an Email Customer Support in a drop shipping online retail store in Shopify and my task is to answer customer's inquiry about their orders, escalate and find solutions for some tracking issues.
I am keen to details, hardworking, able to follow special instructions and versatile in any given task and as a reward, I was awarded as Most Punctual, Quality Assurance Warrior and Top Performing employee in my past job experiences."
