"My name is Sheila Mae Jesura, 37 years of age, you can call me Sheila. I am married and have a daughter. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting. I started my career as a Customer Service Associate in a BPO in 2005. I performed customer support, ensuring that I was able to provide customer satisfaction, I handled customer’s queries and other related tasks, ensures customers request and inquiries handled on time, escalating and taking supervisory calls. In that role, a major accomplishment that I am most proud of is that I frequently got a commendation every after call this shows that I can meet the customer's needs and retain customers' trust and confidence towards my company service.
In 2013, I started my new career as a Licensed Financial Advisor we provide a variety of financial solutions to clients to guide clients to different financial opportunities in the market following the latter’s needs and goals of its clients to get a better financial position in the future. We act as a consultant to address client’s financial needs in terms of savings, investments, healthcare, and educational plans.
