"My name is Rhealyn and I’m an experienced virtual assistant who can help you with a variety of tasks to free you up to do what you do best: grow your business.
I've been a Telesales Representative for 5 years and having similar opportunities when I transitioned to a work-from-home opportunity. I've been working as an off-shore agent (Virtual Assistant) for over 10 years. Initially, I was assigned as an Appointment Setter / Data Entry on one campaign through RemoteStaff Inc. After a few months of being an Appointment Setter, I was able to pull my way up and promoted as one of the Business Development Manager wherein I work directly with HP / Microsoft partners and clients. Most of the time I’m sending emails and doing follow up, approving leads of agents, business proposals, and meetings, managing inside sales reports, QA Evaluations, and presenting Weekly Performance Review to the client.
I was also given the privilege to work as an Administrative/Virtual/Customer Service Manager opportunity. As an Administrative/Executive Assistant from my previous role, I act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues. I organize meetings and booking meeting rooms. Handling correspondence directed to managers. Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries. Very much attention to detail. What appeals to me the most is the ability to interact with customers, and exploring new ideas and technology (if necessary). I have the ability to set expectations for clients and customers. Given the requirements and the qualifications you posted, I am certain that I have all the necessary skills to successfully do the job adeptly.
It was my duty as well as to handle my client’s personal agenda such as calendars, appointments, and other ad hoc tasks. Apart from my responsibilities are: contact research from LinkedIn, verifying email address using Rapportive or EmailTester, composing introduction email, sending email/follow up, executing sales process within SFDC, and setting up an appointment as well as working directly with the Account Executives. I also have experience working with chat support initiatives to communicate and respond to all customer inquiries.
As a Customer and Sales Service representative for eCommerce, handling different sales channels such as Amazon, and eBay, I organize my client's products, accepts credit card payments, provides Gift Card, process refund/replacement, track and respond to orders with familiarity with Ship Station, Ship Bob, or any drop shipping alike -- with a few clicks in the mouse. I can absolutely see how a Virtual Assistant with Customer Service - e-commerce experience would save clients time, stress, and more importantly, customers especially since it allows the creation of customized reminders and dynamic tracking schedules.
The value that you bring to your client's success can only be further sustained by great people who make dealing with your company, an awesome experience, and I'd love the opportunity to hit the ground running. My job is to make sure new customers are brought on board with everything they needed from setup and access to resources. I may also need to walk them through the platform via email or chat and I would like to make sure that they feel comfortable with both the software and the support we provide and all their questions are answered. Likewise, our existing customers would have questions and issues along with that needed quick resolution and I would like to be able to not only address them at the point of the hat but also provide more effective measures to drive customer engagement to a whole new level."
