    I started my career in BPO as a Sales representative for US autoparts and JC whitney. Basically, we sell aftermarket car parts to mostly U.S and Canada. It was challenging at first as I know very little about cars but I eventually loved it as it excites me everytime I answered calls and looked for specific parts.

    Next, I worked as an appointment setter for medicaid insurance. We call and pre-qualify potential clients then transfer them to our insurance specialist. Then I moved to work as a customer service representative for Sprint which is already acquired by T-mobile right now. I answer billing questions, phone and network troubleshooting, process payments and payment extensions and all other general questions about their sprint account and service.

    Then I worked as a customer service representative again for CarID.com. My task includes process replacements, returns and exchange, answering all shipping questions, fitment inquiries and other general questions.

    Then just recently I worked as a Cold caller for Findatopdoc.com. I'm cold calling doctors all over the U.S to try to sell them wall plaques. It's one of the toughest yet so rewarding job I have ever done in my career.
