"I have 7 years of sales experience in a Call Center Industry here in the Philippines. I worked as a Sales Representative and Telemarketer. My last job was an Home Based Appointment Setter for US Real State Company. Before that, I worked with RingCentral where I handled a B2B campaign and my job is to sell them a cloud based phone system that could help their business to have a better communication system.
We are called Account Managers in RingCentral. We use Salesforce to generate, process and check the details of our clients and dial them from our phones. We normally talk to Business Owners, Managers, Assistants, whoever is available and responsible on setting up their business phone system and offer them the RingCental unique cloud based phone system that enable their business to have all accessibility they need to seamlessly communicate and collaborate from anywhere. Since this is a B2B campaign it's not that easy, there's a lot of process that need to consider including the decision making process. So what we do is, we set up an appointment for their decision or call them back. We also sometimes, connect to them on a professional approach by using email and chat. There's a lot ways on how we can communicate with them for us to make a good conversation that could lead to closing a sale.
I also worked with different Telecommunication company like Sprint and Virgin Mobile, where I sell their Telco products to consumers while providing assurance and quality service. I've been with Sony Company too, on which I talked to their consumers helping them with their parts and accessories inquiry and up-selling them to a general products. I enjoyed the work that I did."
