"I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 11 years now. During my tenure I have had the privilege to work for accounts that are Customer and Technical centric based support. I am well versed in supporting clients via email, chat and over the phone.
In all my years of experience I was able to manage different software needed by the account. I am capable of adapting to my work environment when needed and has proven that I am someone that is willing to learn and share my knowledge to others.
I am also quite familiar with the ins and outs of Customer Service. I have had the experience to handle all types of Customers and have learned how to handle each one as the situation dictates. Though I may have the experience for Customer Service I am aware that I have room to grow thus I am always open to learn new things."
