"My name is Ma. Rhaiza Belle Duterte and thank you for considering my application. To highlight, I have 5 years of experience providing customer service for different companies and 1 year experience as a VA/Appointment Setter.
While I was working in a BPO Industry, I've handled different campaigns such as Inbound Sales Campaign and Technical Support. I was responsible in call handling, answering customers' queries and concerns through chat and e-mail, process orders of customers, scheduling technician appointments by contacting the Dispatch team and also did some clerical and administrative tasks when I was promoted as a Supervisor. Part of my job was to update certain database to keep track of important records.
My previous tasks when I was working as an Appointment Setter for Century 21, a Real Estate company based in U.S.A, was to do some lead generation, cold calling to potential clients and set up appointments between them and the Specialists of the company. "
