Heart of Phoenix will assist any owner with placement of their horse through the use of Social Media and Petfinder.

HOP only forwards on reasonable inquiries to the owner from potential adopters who provide: Vet and farrier references and safe appearing facility photos.

HOP does not, due to limited volunteer time, screen these inquiries.

We act as a buffer between the adopter and owner. We will decline interested parties for the owner if references do not meet the owner's standards.

Heart of Phoenix STRONGLY recommends owners truly check all references provided by the potential adopters. We also recommend tailoring the HOP contract to meet your needs, between Owner and Adopter.
