"Hi, my name is Jeffrey. Thank you for considering my application. I have been a virtual assistant and customer support specialist in a home based environment since 2016.
As a Virtual Assistant, I provide a number of service for my clients including data entry, maintaining files and other back-end tasks. I also send texts, email, cards, calendar links to potential customers on behalf of my client. My knowledge on computer programs allows me to easily take on any tasks that is assigned to me. I am a fast learner and can multi task. I welcome challenges as well. I am quick to adapt to changes on work flows and processes.
As a customer support representative, I have extensive experience on answering via phone, chat, email and social media platforms. I have experience working on sales, product inquiry, order processing, package tracking, return, replacement and refund. I have a great attention to detail since I have experience working as a quality analyst.
I have wired internet connection with a speed of 30 mbps. I own a back up laptop and portable internet in case of power and internet outage.
