"I worked as a customer service representative in an Online shopping site in the US which is Amazon and my job include, assisting the customer to track their package, providing product information, processing a replacement or a refund if there is a problem with the orders (examples: Lost/ Stolen, damaged in transit or order not received).
I also worked as a Technical Support/Customer service representative in a Cable company in the US as well which is Time Warner Cable (Spectrum), my job includes assisting customers if they have an issue with their cable, phone (landline) and the internet, walking through customers on how to perform troubleshooting, assisting them to understand their bill, making changes on their account (if they requested for some changes), setting an appointment for a physical technician.
I applied as well for the same position of being Technical Support in a mobile telecommunication company in the US which is T-mobile. Assisting customers with their mobile phones, fixing any issue with their signal or network including calls, messages, and data. Then, after 6 months I became part of their Team of Experts wherein we handle requests from opening an account, billing inquiries, changing or updating their account, technical issues, retention up to canceling their account.
I've been with different companies that thought me a lot and I know with the experiences that I had with those jobs I can share my skills and knowledge for the success of the company."
