“ I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for more than a year now and most of the tasks I’ve handled are for Mortgage Processing and Social Media Marketing. I was in charge of calling and texting customers to follow up on their loan applications and also collecting documents. I work alongside the loan officer in charge of the preapproved clients and secure all the requirements they will need.
As per the Social Media Marketing side, I had an opportunity to have fun while working as I was able to create photo ads and informational videos. This has brought out the creativity in me and hone it. Moreover, I also handled Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, and LinkedIn to do outreach for potential clients that will sign up for our program. I respond to customer’s inquiries, comments, and messages. I make sure that no messages or comments are missed and let the customers know that they are all acknowledged. I monitor Ads Manager to see the audience reach and responses - to assess what the trend is and what is the next effective marketing strategy.
Furthermore, I also do email management and prospecting, ensuring that I will address all queries regarding the programs we offer and as well as reaching out to probable clientele. I send out calendar invites and manage the client’s schedule. At the end of the day, I use Asana, Jungo, and a personal Spreadsheet to confirm if all deliverables are done and all due dates are met, then I organize my tasks for the next day. ''
