“I have previous experience in this type of job working as a customer service representative for a company called Instacart, it is an app that takes care of picking, shopping and driving groceries to the client's homes coming from mostly all supermarkets all over USA and Canada plus certain types of other supplies from many types of stores around the country.
My job was to manage the accounts of the clients to provide them many types of solutions to get their orders on time and complete, I was also in charge of dealing with the shoppers and help them to complete the orders correctly along from working hand by hand with all kind of different retailers, stores and warehouses.
I had all types of customers during my time in the company so I learned to deescalate complicated situations dealing with the callers in the kindest, patient, emphatic and helpful way possible in the fastest time that I could.
Most of my job was inbound calls but I also did some chat support and email also when it was required, I've always tried to put myself in other people shoes to try to understand their feelings, needs, or frustrations which made me have very positive feedback and reviews from my customers and be able to get all the extra bonuses.
Due to i was also dealing with payments, credits, and bank information, I learned to follow all the rules to help the most i could but always taking care of the client privacy, myself, and the company against any type of negative situation. I had a very good CSAT level and i only left that job because the company left my country.
I was also helping home depot customer service for a few months as a partial job and it was very similar to this one, plus i have more than 10 years of experience dealing with all types of clients in many face to the public type of jobs.
I consider myself as an eager and willing to learn type of person and i am currently available to start to work ASAP."
