"Hi! I'm Johanna Faye Laggui. I'm a bachelor's degree holder and licensed architect in the Philippines.
Being a proficient user of AutoCAD and other drawing software enabled me to create hundreds of designs for residential and commercial projects for more than 7 years. I make architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing plans/drawings, technical specifications, quantity surveying and permits acquisition. I also design interior living spaces for homes, offices and public areas. I personally collaborate with clients on the type of furniture included in the designs, the color schemes and combinations, color meanings, style and trend in the country.
As a professional, I have been trained to work under pressure and for extended length of hours to meet project deadlines. My 6 years of experience in building construction made me develop better understanding and visualization, which are very important skills for an architect. Also, my excellent English fluency makes smooth communication with my client/employer. I am up for learning and facing challenges at work. I work with minimal supervision and value the quality of my work output. I'm sincerely looking forward to contributing quality work to your good office."
