Community Descriptions

The Walk to Emmaus is a spiritual renewal program intended to strengthen the local church through the development of Christian disciples and leaders. The program's approach seriously considers the model of Christ’s servant hood and encourages Christ’s disciples to act in ways appropriate to being "a servant of all”.

Chrysalis is similar to The Walk To Emmaus in that it is designed to offer Spiritual renewal to young people 15-19 years old through a three day experience and follow-up.

R.E.C. (Residents Encounter Christ) is an inter-denominational Christian ministry for prisoners. Similar to the Emmaus Walk it has been modified for the prison, and we have 1 and 3 day R.E.C.’s (walks) through out the year, with follow-up.
