"I have been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years now. I started as a customer service representative. I handled billing for TV services for US customers. My job was to help customers understand their account charges, process payments, and access their accounts online. Later, I was promoted to a transition coach position, where I helped and trained newbies to explain bills and process payments on behalf of the customers.
After my first company, I then shifted to a different company that offers a work-from-home setup. I was a process associate for a business-to-business account for a convenience store in the US. My job was to help store managers and store associates troubleshoot equipment used in sales. During my second year, I was promoted to a Tier 2 team that handled escalated calls. My job is to make outbound calls to store managers or district managers for further resolution.
My skills and experience as a customer service representative and a process associate will be a great help to your company since I have both inbound and outbound experience. My goal is to make my customer or client happy. Moreover, I have a complete work-from-home setup with a working laptop and headset, a stable internet connection, and a room that is conducive to work. In case of internet and power outages, I have backups."
