"My name is Melissa Mae Sucaldito, 33 years old and currently living in Davao City, Philippines. I've been working online as a Virtual Assistant since 2009. Handling different duties and responsibilities as required or requested by the clients.
I started as an Email Customer Support Representative which I was responsible to follow-up, respond to tickets, check the status of the orders, and provide technical support within 24 hours. At the same time, I was an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of a home-based company based here in Davao. I've been assisting both clients and colleagues for updates, checking the time logs of the other Virtual Assistants, sending out pays, assigning tasks, doing SEO for clients such as Keyword Research, Social Media Marketing, Blog, Press Release and Article posting.
Over the years, I've learned a lot from my different clients. Most of them involves SEO (Search Engine Optimization) using different softwares such as The Best Spinner, Scrapebox, Article Marketing Robot, and many more. I've also experienced working in a fast-paced environment under the Transport Division by inputting Rate Confirmation and Carrier information in the system out for deliveries in the United States. I've also managed social media accounts of my clients, check their personal mails, email and gather more prospects, and as requested by one of my clients, was to check the server and website for errors.
What I love about being a Virtual Assistant is the fact that I'm helping my clients with their businesses and solving some of their problems. I am pleased to know that at the end of the day, I somehow took away one of their worries."
