    "My name is Liezl Rizano. You can call me Liz. I'm 26 yrs. old and the breadwinner of the family.

    I have been in the BPO industry for the last 7 years and working from home for 3 yrs. Through these years of working hard, I have been able to develop a lot of skills to become an expert in this field.

    I am practical, punctual, diligent and I never compromise when it comes to my profession. I have been working with 100% client satisfaction. I am devoted to my work and complete every project with extra care on time.

    I used to work in a call center handling different accounts such as resolving billing disputes, working as technical support fixing tv, cable, internet, and phone. I also have experience working in big retail companies such as Amazon and Best Choice products which is a third-party seller of Walmart, Shopify. In this field, I became support for agents handling complex customer complaints when it comes to refund, replacement, and shipping delays. I also used to work in the sales industry, whether it's inbound or outbound. I was an inbound sales agent for one of the biggest telecommunications companies which is Spectrum and Comcast. I was able to close a lot of sales for interested prospects for bundle services which are a triple-play package (tv, internet, and phone). I also worked as an outbound agent for Womply. We are finding prospects for those small and big businesses who may want to boost their star ratings and reviews online to attract customers. And when they agree, we will transfer them to close the sale.

    My success and my experience in serving customers for years have proven my desire to work with a multitude of people, intending to simply satisfy their needs, and I am here 24/7 looking forward to working with you.
