“I am currently living in the northern part of Mexico in a place called Durango.
My attributes and skills have been developed through years of working in different positions. such as Sprint Customer Service where I learned the necessary skills and confidence to treat the customers in the best manner possible.
While working in Sprint Customer Service I was also able to learn about billing, sales, and tech support. I've also worked for Monitronics which was an alarm company also as a customer service representative and a retentions representative where I learned the skills necessary to help customers in diverse areas to avoid losing them as clients.
In the past years, I have also worked as an English Teacher for a diverse age group of students ranging from kids who were five to adults. What I feel this job taught me was flexibility, every student is different in their own way and I would have to adapt. I really enjoyed teaching it's a job that is so rewarding in its own way.
The job that I have been doing recently is working as a Spanish Medical Interpreter which is something I am very proud of, not only do I help doctors explain to the patient what is going on but I also give a voice to the patients that without my services would otherwise have a very difficult time. I feel that in this job I have become more responsible and committed due to the nature of the interactions. In this type of scenario, a small mistake on my end could go a long way and due to that, I take it very seriously.
Lastly, I feel that the skills and attributes that I have learned in the past years in the different areas that I've worked in would be adequate for the virtual assistant position, not only would I be a good person for the job but I would thrive in this position."
