"I am a licensed nurse with extensive experience in the call center industry with different lines of business for accumulatively 6 years. I started working with a telco company as a customer representative handling prepaid accounts in 2008. It was a challenging role since it was my first time to handle calls but I learned a lot on how to be patient with customers and to be always at my best with each call. Then I worked with a health insurance company handling customer service, Billing and eligibility. Here my communication skill was honed because I was provided extensive training when it comes to communication especially with US clients. I also developed multitasking skills because I handled phone calls, emails, process claims and assisted the members with their inquiries using different tools.

With the skills that I learned and developed with my previous job, I landed in several jobs thereafter where I worked as a customer service representative for a financial account where I learned how to be accurate at all times. Then I worked as a medical records expediter and medical records reviewer where I learned how to be keen to details.

I also worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant for an appliance repair company wherein I did phone and chat support for sales, convert inquiries to appointments and do follow ups for completed job orders. I also managed the email of my employer as well as his schedule and calendar. In this job, I learned how to be resourceful and to be reliable at all times.

Recently, I worked as a hospital administrator. My job was to oversee the entire operations of the company from the administrative department, finance and even the medical aspect. Here I learned how to work under extreme pressure and prioritize tasks despite many distractions including emergency situations."
