"Having been in an industry such as BPO, higher education and English teaching, I have gained a variety of experience in delivering excellent customer service, efficient instruction and effective communication. In my first experience, I worked in a BPO company in which we handled inbound calls for Healthcare Insurance company based in the US. We attend queries from the Healthcare Professionals in their patients’ claims, benefit and eligibility. We also do call callbacks to ensure resolution to healthcare professionals in their concerns. After a year of working in the company, I had the opportunity to organize a coaching and training session to the team in maintaining an updated knowledge of the company’s products, services and customer service policies. This developed my skills in coordination, communication and customer relations.
Moreover, I also worked as a teacher in a university. I specialize in teaching grammar, communication, intensive reading and writing.
