    "I've been in the customer service industry with a mix of back office-related tasks for more than a decade, and I have years of experience in helping and interacting with customers via chat and email. I can be a great addition to your team by utilizing the knowledge, techniques, and interpersonal skills that I have acquired through my decade of experience while keeping myself open to constant changes and continuous learning.

    My previous work focuses more on customer service/eCommerce. We use Shopify to manage customer orders, James and James, Synergy, and Blueleaf fulfillment to manage shipping-related issues, and lastly, we use Gorgias and Zendesk to communicate with our customers. We also conduct and attend weekly meetings with the company's management team and clients to keep everyone updated. I enjoyed working in this industry because it taught me to become a fast learner and even more resourceful.
