"I have been with the BPO as Email/Customer/Technical Support Representative. I have been an SME ( Subject Matter Expert) where I do handle supervisor calls, coaching, listening to their calls to make sure they are all calibrated with the process.
I have been working as a Recruitment Specialist as well for 2 years and 5 months now on a home based set up. My primary role is to check the list of applicants for the day and call them on their scheduled interview hour. Asked questions aligned to the company policy and assess if they are fit for the position or not.
I have done some revisions as well on our company interview policy and have contributed so much in terms of making some policies and actions that will help the company move forward and be helpful as well to applicants so they become successful."
