"Customer service really made me the person that I am today, its a kind of job that I believe is the backbone of every business and will always be one of the keys to their success. Being a customer service representative is a very tough job since it requires dicipline, dedication to work and willingness to help. Dealing with different kinds of people in every call is an emotional roller coaster so I know agents like myself is very though and strong.
As a an agent for one of the biggest Telecomunication Company I was molded really hard since I am a newbie in the industry and the first account that I have handled was a very complex account. I practiced my patience with, first my workmates then my customers. I've learned to get along with different kinds of people with different belifes and understanding in life I manage to set aside my emtions for me to really understand them.
The second job that I had was for an eCommerce company, that was the time that I was able to excel in my job since I have already learned the basics. I still know that there is a lot to learn and I am always an empty cup ready to be filled with learnings and new things.
Unexpected things really do happens and most of the time we are not ready for it but of couse we need to cope up with te situation. I have known freelancing and being a Virtual Assistant for some time however not until the pandemic came where in I really tried to know how to be a freelance/Virtual Assistant. I checked myself, what is the services that I can offer. I know I am good with customer service so I started from there. I was scared when I started freelancing, but it didn't stop me from doing something productive with my time. "
