In 2013, I decided to work again and luckily I was hired in one of the companies here,
where I live in. I was offered a positon as Customer Service Representative for both
Technical and Billing account, it was for internet, cable and telephone service provider
in the United States. I handled incoming calls from customers who needs help in fixing
their internet, cable and telephone if it’s not working. I also processed their payments
and also offer other services. It was challenging again because it’s totally different from what I first experienced, but this time I am determined and willing to learn. Due to my motivation and determination I was awarded as one of the top performer for customer satisfaction. During that time, I was really enjoying it, but unfortunately the business had to close and we need to be relocated. So, I just stayed there for about 6 Months and for some reasons, I did not accept the relocation offer.

My experiences did not stop me to look for another opportunities, because in the same year, I was hired again as a Customer Service Representative for one of the phone service provider in the United States. My task was to assist customers who wants pay their phone bills, and if they have problems with their phone like it’s not working or something, I help them troubleshoot it. I stayed there for about 2 years and I decided to transfer to another Company. So, in 2015 I was hired in another Company as a Customer Service Representative but this time it’s for a Financial Account. My task is to help customers who wants to receive, and send, money from the United States to any Countries. Not only that, we also do bank to bank transactions and even sending money to a correctional facility. It was tough, imagine dealing with numbers every day but I was also really exciting. Every day you get to learn new things and that’s a good thing. I stayed for that account for a year and was transferred to another account but with the same Company, and that time my position was a Virtual Assistant.

Being a Virtual Assistant is so much fun. I get so excited to work every day because I
love what I am doing. I am a virtual assistant for almost 7years, and this is my recent
job. I do phone calls, emails and even web checking. I am working with one of the plan rooms in the United States. It is a construction industry and we provide service to contractors that would like to bid on a certain project. We are handling all bidding projects around the United States. I call engineers, architects, town clerk, anyone who has the information of the bidding project. Once we are able to gather the information then we publish the information to our contractors so they can bid on the project.

We also have a certain quota that we need to achieve every day. Not to brag but I’m just happy share that almost every Month I am one of the Top Performer. Due to my past experiences, I believe that I have the ability to provide a benefit to any Company with my skills. My background and experiences would be an asset to any Company. Overall, having experience with different positions and handled different accounts made me more knowledgeable, highly skilled and determined."
