"My full name is Jose Paolo Diputado, 30 years of age and currently working as a Customer Experience Specialist (Escalations) for an IT company based in Australia. I have had over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry but will focus on telling you more about my experience with the dental billing industry.
I worked for Sykes Asia in a span of 2 years and 10 months, which started October 2009 until August 2012. I was assigned to the account of Guardian Life Dental, which is based in Spokane, Washington. I was a customer service representative tasked to answer inbound calls from clients, namely dental offices who would ask about the coverage of their patients. We would answer queries like how many prophys (prophylaxis) are covered, how many FMX (Full Mouth Xray) or PAs (Periapical Xray) they are eligible for and the like. The tools we used were the Host-on-demand software (HOD) and the Siebel CRM in checking the client's account. We were also using Lotus notes but it was only for internal communication. I had achieved top agent for the account in March 2010 but alas it was the only time I had achieved the feat even though I had consistently passed my monthly metrics.
If given the opportunity with the job position, I am confident that the transition will not be as difficult since I still remember how the dental insurance industry works, it may just need a little refresher. I am fairly confident that I can do well with the job, and even exceed expectations."
