    “ My recent job was Quality Analyst for an Ecommerce company. Part of my job was to listen and audit calls of our customer service/technical support reps. I also send daily reports, use excel sheets in collecting data from the platform that I was using. I make excel sheet formula in getting percentage of data - data analyzing. I also attend our support meeting and send the minutes of meeting.

    I have also worked as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep for Honk Technologies - Roadside Assistance Company. I assist the stranded motorists on the road - I assist them if they need help in towing their vehicle, jump start service, tire change etc.

    I have used a lot of softwares like Liondesk, Salesforce, Konnektive CRM, Trello, Google forms, Microsoft Office Tools, Trainual, Process St and a lot more. ''
