Step 1: View the booth map here https://goo.gl/MKames


Step 2: (Option 1) - Go to your nearest CIMB Bank CASH DEPOSIT machine and deposit the full amount to Account number CIMB 7014 2305 37 (Norfaranina Zaki).

(Option 2) - Via ONLINE BANK-IN. Perform a Direct transfer if you have CIMB Clicks account, or 3rd party transfer if you are using banks other than CIMB) to CIMB 7014 2305 37 (Norfaranina Zaki).

Step 3: Print Screen / take a photo of your receipt and attach it to this form.

Step 4: Once you have submitted this form, you will receive a confirmation email and we will contact you within 3 WORKING DAYS.

Step 5:
- Ready for the Setup Day! SETUP DAY WILL BE 9th DECEMBER 2016, 5PM to 7PM
- Collect your booth tags. Each booth owner will get 1 x table cloth (to be returned), 2 x chairs and 2x Booth Tags for each booth bought
- All booths will be arranged in a way that all tables stick to each other. If you feel the need of space, please consider having more than a booth.
- All confirmed booth payment is non refundable and non transferable.
  • This is a booth in areas 'INDOOR BOOTH #5 - #29' and 'OUTDOOR BOOTH #F1 - #F10'

    You will be provided with:
    - 1x unit of table (size 2' x 5'),
    - 2x units chairs and
    - 2x exhibitor's tag
    - 1 table cloth (to be returned. A penalty of RM50 will be charged for any lost of table cloth)

    Note: FOOD BOOTH IS ONLY FOR OUTDOOR.

    We operate on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please upload the screenshot / photograph / scanned copy of the bank-in slip / receipt as proof of payment for the above selection.
