"I started my career in Customer Service as a Chat Support. First for a retail company and I was tasked to answer customer queries. After 2 years, I moved on to a local business near me to be in charge of their logistics and computer systems I did Chat and Email Support as well for an e-commerce company whose platform was used to sell different items.
I then went back in the BPO Industry as a Customer Support after 2 years on the previous role. I was Outbound Phone Support for a utility company. My role was to call customers to validate paperwork that they have sent and assist in cases.
For the same utility company, I was promoted to Inbound Phone Support where I was tasked to take in customer calls and escalations. My tenure for said utility company was almost 5 years.
Most recently, I was the Lead Researcher for the sales team for a IT company. I did that work remotely for 2 years. My role was to look for persons that we can offer our program to and put them in our CRM and email campaigns."
