I have over 7 years of experience in customer service, handling multiple departments such as: billing; customer service representative; technical support and cruise specialist. I was able to work my way up and was promoted as a Sales Supervisor in my most previous work. It’s an Online Travel Agency that mainly deals passengers from Australia and New Zealand in booking their cruise holidays. This shows my ability in managing people, tasks, handling complex situations; customer related inquiries and client relations.
I have a reliable computer background, good problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills, language proficiency and I am a computer literate. I can work under pressure and am hardworking and competent.
