“ I worked in a BPO for almost 3 years and have been part of the Sales, Billing,Customer Service and Technical Support side of the business.I was part of Directv Campaign as Tech Support. I answered inbound calls and assisted customer concerns like billing, programming, performing troubleshooting steps and scheduling technician appointments. I was transferred to a retail account called Monat which we assist customers over the phone, email and chat support to monitor their accounts,track their orders, replace defective products, retain them from canceling their account and upsell promotional products.
In 2019, I decided to work at home as a Freelance Virtual Assistant. In this line of work I was part of different businesses that enabled me to acquire new sets of skills. I evaluate prospects to qualified leads for healthcare insurance. I reached out to applicants via phone or email to schedule interview appointments or conduct the interview itself to hire nurses to work in nursing home facilities. I conducted surveys and gathered data as a Market researcher for the US Presidential Election last year. I've assisted customers calling to ask roadside or towing assistance from different states.
