“During 2016, I worked for a Cable Repair Company. This job requires us to assist customers by means of giving them walk throughs via phone instruction and we educate them how to do troubleshooting steps by starting at the very basic skills from unplugging the television from its power source and re-plugging it to make sure the television is on, then let them check if it has signal and if it is getting channels. Then we can proceed with the next steps depending on the issue that they were having with. However, each concern that we receive may vary.
In the year 2017 to 2020, I acquired a new job that's quite advantageous on my part since it's just minutes away from my home. My job entails the following functions: assisting our clients who were small time business owners by helping them with their billing inquiries, elaborating how their bill works, what they were charged for and letting them know more about their subscriptions.
Lastly the most recent job is more about appointment setting and telesales. We call leads and try to convert it into sales. We call people who have inquiries online about shipping vehicles by helping them book with carriers. We help them how they would go with the pricing as well as the type of transport either open or close which they can freely choose from. Communicating with the dispatcher is also part of it, to make sure that delays can be avoided. ''
