FALL 2013 APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in vending at the Clover Market ~ we look forward to reviewing your application! The application for the fall season will be open until May 31, and notifications will go out on June 14.

A few notes as you complete the application:

- Photos will be the primary method used to gauge the quality and fit of your items so we encourage you to submit clear, well-lit images with simple backgrounds which let your products shine.

- At least one image is required for all applicants including prior vendors. ALL IMAGES should be submitted for applicants who have not participated as a vendor before OR if you are a prior vendor and your proposed merchandise has changed significantly.

- New applicants should also include a photo of a past show display or a display/vignette made for the application which shows your overall style and merchandising. This is a very important consideration in the selection of vendors. If you'd like to get a sense of a "typical" setup for a Clover vendor, we have many photos posted to the website.

- If you have any trouble with the form or uploading the photos, please feel free to get in touch via email at theclovermarket@gmail.com.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: seller agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations and ordinances. Seller agrees to conduct activities at the Clover Market so as not to endanger any person or damage any property. 2) INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - Seller agrees to forever indemnify, save and hold harmless Clover Market LLC, Janet G. Long, Justin K. Long, Elements Design LLC, The Ardmore Initiative, The Chestnut Hill Parking Foundation, The Chestnut Hill Business Association, Sovereign Bank, Ardmore Banking Advisors and all affiliated agents, officials, representatives, beneficiaries, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of Seller's participation at the Clover Market. 3) VOLUNTARY CONTRACT- Seller exercises any rights under this agreement at Seller's own risk and knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks attendant to such use, including without limitation, the risk of property damage and personal injury or death to Seller, to any of Seller's officials, agents, representatives, employees, or volunteers. 4) CLOVER MARKET SELLER RULES AND REGULATIONS - seller agrees to read and comply with the specific vendor rules and regulations which are posted to the website (in the Apply section) and which will be distributed to vendors with their acceptance email and request for payment.
