I have managed a lot of online marketplaces. Such as: EBAY, AMAZON, WALMART, SEARS, ETSY, SHOPIFY, GROUPON, and other Ecommerce Websites.
I have handled the following departments:
1. Product listings and is knowledgeable in coming up with searchable keywords to maximize titles. I know how to use Terapeak and title builder and have managed to mine top selling items.
2. Price Adjusting. Making sure that we beat all other competitors, I have done manual adjusting and automated using Repricer Express. I also have handled Customer support, Tracking, and returns.
3. Customer Support using different platforms: CHAT, CALLS (INBOUND & OUTBOUND), TEXT, EMAILS & EBAY MASSAGING.
4. Tracking. I know how to efficiently upload tracking numbers.
5. Returns & Cases. I make sure that we win most cases open and do everything possible to avoid it from happening. Prevention is better than cure :)
