This includes repairs under $35, extermination, lightbulbs, lost keys, broken windows, etc.

If you are responsible for the maintenance request you are about to make, you will be charged a $50 service call if it is determined that you are responsible for the issue.

If this is an emergency ie: Fire, Burglary etc. Please call 911

All other inquiries will be reviewed and responded to in 72 hours or less.
