"I’ve started my career at SPI Technologies, Inc. in Calamba, Laguna, as a Transaction Analyst for 1 year and 4 months. In this company, I am responsible for encoding, verifying modifying source documents. I encode and verify data in accordance with the company’s productivity and accuracy standards and schedules.
Luckily, another opportunity opened and I became a Customer Service Representative at KGB Philippines Inc. in Santa Rosa, Laguna for almost 7 years, specifically as a Directory Assistance (DA) operator. My main responsibility is to provide listings, addresses of establishments, residential and provide other assistance such as driving directions, movie times and listings. I also provide support to team managers by mentoring new hires. I do have knowledge in USA/Canada markets and key businesses. Because of my outstanding performance, I became part of Specialty Team CSR. It is basically of the same task but this time I do coaching of agents to drive first call resolution. Also, I assist on floor coverage through patrolling, provide extra help with struggling agents and take escalations and resolve customers issues based on standard policies. In addition, I do special tasks such as providing weather condition, horoscopes and taking emergency calls (customers calling 411 to be transferred to their local police and fire department).
Lastly, I’ve worked abroad as a Teaching Assistant at The British International School Abu Dhabi, UAE for 1 year and 7 months. My task carries out variety of functions in support of teachers and that task varies between classes, key stages and schools. Generally, I have developed good rapport with children in order to cultivate a safe and encouraging classroom atmosphere."
