"Hello my name is Sebastian I am from Hermosillo Sonora I've worked in customer service basically since I got my first job. I know how to handle and talk with different types of customers and empathize with them. I have worked with several clients in the past, some of them just to name a few are Comdata, Home Depot, home buyers, cat construction sand and DirecTV. They were all related with customer service and tech support. With Comdata I got calls from all over the US with different customers who want to check either their balance, missing cards or transaction history. With Home Depot we handled Replacements and warranties with the US and Canada both handled to calls and emails. The last job I had was basically just do a roof inspection to make sure there isn't any type of damage. We called call these customers would leave provided by the employer over the US and that's how we are on our commissions right now I am looking for another job so if you have any questions, you may feel free to contact me thank you."
