"My name is Rolando Doria, I have more than 3 yrs of working as an Account Coordinator for a Logistics Company as a 3rd party vendor in North America. My main job is to make sure are all loads are properly set for pick-up and delivery appointments based on the customer timeline.
I handle needed documentation of the shipment like Invoice, PO, Bill of Lading, and shipments details. I communicate to all parties via email and phone or if the location requires an Appointment done via online/portal. I also schedule pools that require efficient scheduling and communication across the board.
Working as an Account Coordinator develops my multi-tasking and organizing skills. You always have to be on top and be proactive in every situation. It also exposed me to process improvement for the business on how we can make things more efficient.
I have a total of more than 14 yrs experience ins customer service and support in a BPO set up and have experience also in Telco, health insurance, and Workforce Management. "
