"I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 7 years and have been part of sales, including inbound and outbound cold calling, billing, and appointment setting. I’ve been a quality analyst under the Learning and Quality Team, which also caters to recruitment. During my 3 years as a team leader, my responsibilities included coaching and mentoring, scheduling performance meetings, and making escalation and retention calls.
I have also worked as a telephone interviewer for one of the largest first-party data collection companies, following a strict verbatim script and call flow, engaging respondents using the most effective rebuttals to their questions and objections, and making sure to get the most accurate information.
With my past experiences, I learned the true value of being an optimist and having a strong work ethic, especially the pros and cons of working from home, because I believe that what you do today will determine your outcome tomorrow."
