Regarding planning applications 14/503735 and 14/503786. I am writing to you to enquire as to the planning committee hearing date for these applications and to highlight my concerns. I understand that the Secretary of State's outcome of the recent public inquiry for Land East Of Hermitage Lane is expected sometime on or around the 15th October 2015. With this future date in mind I have an expectation on MBC that the pending Croudace applications for schemes 2 and 3 will not come before planning committee until the outcome of the public inquiry is determined.
